This afternoon was another magical time spent with 9 great primary aged kids. The theme for today was Transformation in Nature. We used clay to create and express our thoughts and experiences of transformation from changing seasons to frogs to self. Above all there were a lot of laughs and mess.

Community Awareness- Frieda Kahlo was a strong inspiration for me while recovering from a severe relapse of Fibromyalgia. The movie about her life accompanied me on my 2 month stint in a physical rehabilitation hospital. I entered in a wheel chair and left on a walking stick. I can now freely walk and run.
