Yesterday I had the great pleasure of being a facilitator and co-facilitator in two workshops being run at the Abbortsford Convent. The venue is a spectacular space to explore the unconscious ( Soul Collage with Svetlana) and then experience the tranquility of the present (Mindfulness with Sound and Creativity- my workshop). Thanks to Natalie from Awaken the Spirit Holistic Healing for the wonderful opportunity.
