World Mental Health Day, and Mental Health Week are just around the corner. I encourage you to get involved in your local community in some way to break the stigma that surrounds mental health and those who may be experiencing symptoms. Did you know that in Australia, 1 in 20 people that you meet on a daily basis may be experiencing symptoms of mental illness? Maybe that person is you or one of your family members at the moment. You are not on this journey alone. Go to your G.P and ask for some assistance in finding the support you or you loved one needs. Live your Bliss. Mairead
