We all have our own bias and our own learned perspectives. 
When we share our views with other in an equal exchange, we may learn a new perspective and discover a new picture.
What were once coffee stains are now works of art.
The stains are now cute little monsters.
Who's to say that all monsters are troublesome?
Is this a bias or a learned perspective?
Are there areas of though, behaviour or life that might be ready for transformation.
