When we look at the amount of growth that is taking place below the surface, we can see that without a stable foundation, the top of the plants would have no grounding force to meet our needs, and topple over. We too need a strong foundations. Unlike plants, we can rebuild our foundations at a later date. By noticing our feelings of disconnect, or wobbliness, we can take action to find new connections, new ways of thinking and being.
