What is the minimum time a healthy senior can engage in ?
ReplyDeleteI'm not quite sure that I understand your question.
ReplyDeleteIf you are asking when the best time for clients to engage in this type of practice, it would be good ice breaker for those who have note done art therapy before, excellent for those who are accomplished artists in order for them to appreciate the process and not the aesthetic properties of their work or as a grounding exercise.
If you are asking about duration of the exerciser, it may take anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes. The speed of the movement of the drawing implement can be guided by the beating of a drum for example. Fast beats, fast movements, slow beats slow movements. I hope this answers your question.
