"How cultural competence training transformed an organisation." I am so happy that I completed this course 2 years ago. I am actively using what I have learned with clients/patients at St Vincent's Hospital Victoria. With the help of the Aboriginal Liaison Officer I am able to build rapport and offer clients appropriate and culturally respectful care.
